He had to sit on the floor because apparently all the beds were occupied. He had pneumonia and we were referred here because there wasn't enough oxygen at the previous hospital.

Being a doctor in a low resource setting means you often have to play many roles at once. You’re not just a doctor — you’re also a nurse, a midwife, a lab technician, a counselor, a social worker, and sometimes even a part time security guard 💀 Like all in one💀😅
