In 2T we looked at the book The Grotlyn by Benji Davies and we created our own Grotlyns in Forest School. We then labelled them before going back into class and finding out who The Grotlyn really was! #ByronWorldBookDay #BenjiDavies

In Science today 2T investigated the question “Do woodlice prefer dry or damp places?” We decided that they prefer damp , dark places after observing them for five minutes. #ByronScience

2T went to look at micro habitats today to hunt for mini beasts. We found worms, snails, woodlouse and beetles. #ByronScience

2T has made some fantastic chalk boards in DT. They were very happy with their results. #ByronDT

2T today build a wormery with sand, soil, dead leaves and 3 worms! We will observe them over time to see what happens. #ByronScience

2T produced a food chain web today showing how the Producer, Predator and Prey all rely on each other. #ByronScience

Great to have @BradfordBullsRL mascot into school today to celebrate our schools success in our Rugby 🏉 lessons. The children have really enjoyed it and we now have 33 children attending an after school club!

Nursery had lots of fun learning and performing nursery rhymes for #worldnurseryrhymeweek last week. Actors and singers in the making we think!
