SPACE X is a FRAUD ⚠️company and not worth anywhere near $1 Trillion here is the SECRET i found . 🚨 Elon Musk is lying through a dual-narrative strategy designed to defraud investors while maintaining total control for himself. The entire IPO is a "pump and dump" mechanism on a global scale.🚨 How ? It is located in the direct conflict between the SEC filing and the ELONS social media account. Look at the ➡️(The S-1 Filing)⬅️🚨. The IPO explicitly states Anthropic agreed to pay "$1.25 billion per month through May 2029." This creates a fake narrative of guaranteed revenue worth roughly $45 billion over 3 years. This number is the mathematical foundation used to justify a $1.75 trillion valuation to institutional investors.🚨🚨 But Elon Musk posted on X that this same deal is a **"180 day lease with 90 day notice mutual cancellation."** He explicitly stated SpaceX has "not committed to leasing Colossus for years." 🤔 🚨🚨🚨🚨 Musk is presenting a contradictory disclosure to 2 different audiences⚠️ 1) He sells the **risk** of the deal as "permanent revenue" to the SEC (to get the trillion-dollar valuation approved) ⚠️⚠️ 2) He wants the stock price to reflect a 3-year contract, but he wants the legal right to kill that contract in 6 months. Aka securities fraud by omission. 🚨🚨🚨 ———— Not only this 🚨 The math proves the fraud. You cant value this company at $1.75 trillion based on its actual performance. - **Real Revenue:** SpaceX made **$18.7 billion** in total revenue in 2025. - **Real Losses:** The AI unit, SpaceXAI (formerly xAI), is bleeding cash. It recorded a **$2.5 billion operating loss in a single quarter** and drove Capital Expenditures up to **$10.1 billion**. - contradiction: ask 🤔 how a company making $18.7 billion with NEGATIVE ‼️ income is being valued at nearly **100x its sales**. Standard tech companies trade at 25-30x sales. 🚨 - **The Trick:** The only way to justify the gap is to invent the $45 billion in "guaranteed" AI revenue from Anthropic found in the S-1. Without that specific line item, the stock is worth $200 billion, not $1.75 trillion.⬅️⬅️⬅️🚨🚨 —— So whats this REALLY ABOUT ? Its a MASSIVE PUMP AND DUMP SCHEME ⬅️🚨🚨⬅️ SpaceX built the "Colossus" supercomputer to compete with OpenAI. It cost tens of billions of dollars. The demand for their own AI product (Grok) is apparently low, otherwise, they wouldn't be leasing the capacity to a competitor (Anthropic). 🚨🚨🚨 - Musk CANT afford to keep these servers running if Anthropic leaves.⚠️ He IPOs the company to offload this debt burden onto public shareholders. He uses the *fake* promise of a 3-year Anthropic contract to lure investors in.🚨🚨 ⚠️The Endgame: Once the public money is secured, he exercises the "180-day cancellation" he warned about on Twitter. He kicks Anthropic out, takes the GPUs back for his own Grok project, and leaves the new shareholders with a company that just lost its primary revenue stream. The S-1 allows him to do this because he buried the "90-day notice" clause in the fine print while hyping the "May 2029" date in the headlines.🚨🚨 —- The desperation is visible in his behavior. He posted this contradictory information during the "quiet period" the strict window before an IPO where executives are legally forbidden from saying anything not in the prospectus. 🚨🚨 He broke this rule because the valuation gap was too big to ignore without explanation. He needed to manage expectations for the tech insiders (who know demand is weak) while keeping the fraud alive for the retail investors (who only read the valuation headlines).🚨🚨🚨 This is a rigged game. He ADMITTED the contract is short-term immediately after his lawyers filed it as long-term. - **If the S-1 is true:** He committed fraud by undermining the contract on X. - **If the Tweet is true:** He committed fraud by filing a materially false S-1 to inflate the stock price

🚨Michael Burry just said Elon Musk and Nvidia's deal is built on fake numbers. Burry published a detailed breakdown calling the entire structure "Fugazi", his word for fake. He is alleging that billions of dollars in Nvidia chips are being hidden off balance sheets, and that American retirees are unknowingly funding the whole thing. Nvidia, the world's largest AI chip company sold $5.4 billion worth of its most advanced GPUs, the GB200, to a company called Valor. Valor is not a real operating business. It is a special purpose vehicle, a shell company created specifically to hold these chips and nothing else. Nvidia also invested $1.9 billion of its own money directly into Valor on top of the sale. Those 100,000+ chips are now physically inside xAI's data center. xAI is Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company, the one that builds Grok. xAI is using every single one of those chips right now to run its AI models. But here is what Burry is flagging. Neither Nvidia nor xAI owns those chips on paper. Valor, the shell company holds legal title. That means $5.4 billion in GPU assets do not show up on Nvidia's balance sheet as inventory. They do not show up on xAI's balance sheet as assets. They are legally invisible to both companies. Nvidia gets to book the $5.4 billion as a completed sale and record it as revenue. xAI gets full use of the chips without owning them. And the risk disappears into a shell company in the middle. Now here is where American retirees enter the picture. Valor needed $3.5 billion in debt to fund this structure. Apollo provided it. Apollo is one of the largest asset managers on earth with $1.03 trillion under management and $834 billion specifically in private credit. Apollo raised the $3.5 billion, packaged it into debt securities, and sold those securities to Athene. Athene is Apollo's own insurance company. It sells fixed and indexed annuities, retirement savings products, to ordinary Americans. When a retiree buys an Athene annuity, they believe their money is sitting in safe, stable investments. That money is now inside a structure funding Elon Musk's AI data center. The numbers inside Athene are most alarming. Athene holds $74.2 billion in reserves. It has moved $217 billion in assets into a captive insurer based in Bermuda, meaning those assets sit outside normal US insurance regulation and oversight. Of the entire portfolio, 34.7%, equal to $103 billion, is classified as Level 3 assets. Level 3 is an accounting classification that means there is no observable market price for these assets. No outside party can independently verify what they are actually worth. The leverage sitting on top of those unpriced assets is 16 times. Burry's says: Every step of this structure is technically legal and publicly disclosed. But the entire thing was deliberately engineered across 8 to 12 steps to move credit risk off balance sheets and away from any market pricing. - Nvidia books the revenue. - Apollo collects the fees. - xAI gets the computing power. - And retirees sitting at the bottom of a 16x leveraged Bermuda insurance structure, holding $103 billion in assets with no market price carry the risk without knowing it exists.

Did you notice that De Niro did not critique specific policies of @realDonaldTrump? In The Parasitic Mind, I explained how the left hates Trump because they view him as being injurious to their aesthetic sense. They invoke their affective system to demonize him rather than fairly judge him using their cognitive system.
Thomas Sowell Quotes@ThomasSowell

Robert De Niro on President Trump: "He’s a punk. He’s a dog. He’s a pig. He’s a con. A bullshit artist. A mutt who doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Doesn’t do his homework. Doesn’t care. Doesn’t pay his taxes."

@grok is it fair to say Musk is being a hypocrite with this statement - given that he hassles, even sues, his baby mommas, ghosts them, has very little to do with any of the children, and Grimes has even had to go online to get his attention regarding custody, and medical attention for her kids with him?

Gad Saad's Rate My Professor page is hilarious. Nearly half of the students give him a one, the lowest possible score. Apparently, he doesn't teach anything and just rants about wokeness in his marketing class, sometimes digressing to brag about his book sales. The material is two decades old and he hasn't bothered to update it. Some examples: "I once asked the professor why he couldn't keep politics out of the discussions in a marketing class, at least during the lecture hours. Afterall, I told him that I had no interest in his diatribe for feminist hatred or woke-liberal bashing. He told me I was free to drop the class. Avoid this class. Biggest mistake of my life." "All the professor do in class is complain about feminists and woke and liberals. Like c'mon at least teach some of the course material please!! What a waste." "Easily the worst class that I have taken in my life. Professor is in the wrong profession. He does not want to teach the students anything relevant to the course material during the lectures, and I have serious doubt if he is even qualified to do so. This class should be avoided at all costs. Total waste of time and money." "This class is a total waste of time & money. Professor doesn't come prepared to class, has not updated the course material in two decades, and simply talks about random things not at all related to the course. Avoid this class."

How else do you think America has made it 250 years, dipshit magas? People caring about other people besides themselves is civilization. What maga is doing is dehumanizing other people, and so far, all that has done is kill people. You are dehumanizing people out of existence. The opposite of dehumanization is empathy. You are not a moral person if you lack empathy.
