Hey, mal eine Frage an euch. Wie schafft ihr es, euch von Sorgen und Zukunftsängsten abzulenken? Ich habe keine echte Strategie mehr. Ich kann mich zwar immer mal für kurze Zeit ablenken, aber dann kommen die Sorgen doppelt zurück.

Ein falsches Wort kann Freiheit kosten. In vielen Ländern werden Menschen wegen ihrer Meinung verfolgt und eingesperrt. Seit Jahren stehe ich mit politischen Gefangenen in der Türkei in Kontakt – in der Hoffnung, ihnen eines Tages in Freiheit begegnen zu können.
