As the County Voluntary Council for Cardiff, C3SC is committed to promoting and highlighting the vital services the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise Sector provide, making significant differences with and within our communities everyday improving cohesion, equality and individual and community wellbeing. Thanks to a better-than-expected settlement from Welsh Government we’ve seen a projected £60m budget gap reduce to £23.4m for 2025/26. Despite this improved outlook, inflation and rising demand for services mean the cost of delivering essential services continues to rise.
