Hi @stevelehto, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our Fish and Chips have historically been offered with French fries & Kaleslaw, but both sides can be swapped out for other choices if a guest chooses to do so. We can see how this can be misinterpreted so we’ve made a few simple changes. Our Fish and Chips now come standard with French fries and choice of one additional side. As you point out, you expect Fish and Chips to have French fries, so this option will not be modifiable. If a guest is not a fan of French fries, they can now order “Battered Fish” where they are able to choose any two sides, so that everyone can make their meal exactly how they want. Onge again, we appreciate this being brought to our attention and hope this helps clear up any confusion going forward!

@CAFishGrill excited the Fairfax, VA location finally opened but really let down by the food 1.Everything was overly salty (shrimp especially). 2. Kids meal + chips shouldn’t be spicy way too much seasoning. 3.Proteins were dry & all tasted the same under heavy seasoning.

I ordered fish on the @CAFishGrill app. I arrived 5 min before the projected cook time and gave my name. I observed every bag on the to go shelf. Nobody expedited orders except from the selfservice kiosks. They handed me a bag of cold fish that sat for 15 minutes on the shelf.👎🏻

@maswin8691 Our swai is rated 4-stars for Superior Aquaculture Practice. An 8oz serving has 22g of protein & only 140 cal. We are dedicated to serving sustainable seafood at an affordable price and are always researching species such as cod & halibut.

@CAFishGrill Is the Cod fishery so depleted that there is no supply for your restaurants. According to sources the farm raised Kwai is at the bottom of nutritional value for consumers. Customers would pay a few bucks more for Cod if there is sufficient supplies.
