🚨 The US defense budget proposal for 2027 does not include aid to Ukraine. At Senate hearings, officials said the Trump administration left out funding for the USAI program from its request. “Yes, that’s correct. This budget does not include funding for USAI,” a Pentagon representative confirmed. At the same time, total defense spending is proposed to rise to $1.5 trillion — a record level. The final decision rests with Congress, with the budget expected to be finalized in the fall.
