@CAK_Webcare As I was unable to use the CAK contact form, I am contacting you here. For the Schengen certificate application, should the fields at the top labeled “land,” “plaats,” and “datum” be filled in with the address of the airport of entry and the planned date of entry?

@pvanwelzen Het wonen in Zuid-Afrika hoort geen probleem zijn. In jouw schermprint lijkt het daar wel aan te liggen. Gaat je vraag over de eigen bijdrage regelingen (dus wmo of wlz) of over iets anders? Dan probeer ik een oplossing te verzinnen, want dit is wel heel vervelend. ^AHO

@jw_wilmsen Goedemorgen Jan-Willem, Wat vervelend dat het nog steeds niet werkt. Is het mogelijk om je cookies te legen of een andere browser te gebruiken? Er komen namelijk wel ingevulde formulieren binnen (ook op 8 augustus) . Een fout nadat je eerst alles hebt ingevuld is extra 1/2

@BlaauwBryan Goedemorgen Bryan, op onze website via bit.ly/450QlB1 kan je controleren of het medicijn een opiaat is en een medicijnverklaring nodig is. Valt het medicijn niet onder de opiumwet? Dan kan je contact opnemen met met de ambassade of het consultaat van Griekenland. ^DWE
