When Minnesota legalized hemp-derived THC, a lot of people who knew nothing about cannabis started cranking out seltzers that served as proof. We built the state’s first cannabis-dedicated beverage line instead and made sodas that actually taste good.

Recently we sat down with Rachelle Gordon, Editor of GreenState, for an in-depth conversation on what drives her to do the work she does in the cannabis industry. Rachelle shared deeply about her progressive approach to cannabis as medicine and ending the #warondrugs. @AaronJNosbisch Seems like there’s more to it with the tobacco, pharma, and prison industries.

What’s interesting is half the alcohol industry is lobbying against THC drinks in hopes of regaining the revenue they’ve been losing rapidly, and the other half realizes it’s not coming back and is lobbying in support of THC drinks so they can continue to replace and recover that revenue - although they want it in a system they control.
