CBDT chairman Gets One Year Extension of His Tenure by Violating standard Recruitment Rules Reason for his Tenure Extension is still Undisclosed. What he has done in his tenure is 1. Late Release of ITR Utility 2. Defending Non Functioning Portal 3. Non-extension of ITR Due Date even though Portal was dead 4. Violating The Provision of Income Tax Act by Not Extending TAR Due Date 5. Slam By High Court for not Extending TAR Due Date 6. Contempt of Gujarat High Court by Not Extending ITR Due Date (Audit Case) Don't Know why @nsitharaman and @FinMinIndia is still silent on this issue. Worst attitude by @MarutiCourier staff! Courier boy made multiple calls within 2 minutes & when not answered, he returned the parcel saying “will deliver tomorrow.” Such rude behaviour is unacceptable. Proper address was clearly written .why call for location? Train your staff.

May be it is the first time when so many representation and request made to @FinMinIndia for due date extention by many Official organization @FinMinIndia it is the time to consider request of this professionals and give extention of adequate time Situation of every year of past and this year is totally different Delayed release of forms have disturbed all the time lines We hope from next year time line will be like 150 days from release of Utility and assurance of proper working portal then no need of extention
