“The expert in anything was once a beginner.” - Steve Jobs When I dove into social media as ‘KenBarbie’ the blogger nearly 14 years ago, I had no idea the way it would not only change my life but also become the main tool to help me establish my brand and continue to conquer nearly every dream that I’ve set my sights on from such a young age. I’ve made mistakes through trial and error and I’ve also had huge wins, all of which makes me who I am today to not only provide a life without question for myself; but I’m now in a position with others to use that expertise to help establish and/or expand upon (or even simply help them navigate) their brand, talents, projects, and companies in this digital world. Silently, for the the last year and a half I’ve been running my new company Kennect Media Group, which is a full service digital media management agency where I’ve been blessed to partner with some amazing talents and even brands that at one point, I would’ve never thought would even know my name. Now, does this mean the end of me blogging? Not… yet. But there will be some changes in content for professional reasons (that I’m sure you guys have already noticed- and don’t worry the “last slides” aren’t going anywhere 😂). While at this current time Kennect is overwhelmed with our existing clients/projects… in the fall, we plan to open our services for more clients and to also expand our team to work hand in hand on said projects as well. The future is bright and I’m truly thankful for everything. I’m excited to finally be able to share this journey with you guys… it’s time to KENNECT 🔌 ❤️
