In California there are over 60,000 children in foster care, & CASA volunteers play a vital role in advocating for their well-being. On National Foster Care Day, let's raise awareness and gratitude for these heroes who make a difference in the lives of foster youth every day.

We are deeply saddened to share that Judge David W. Soukup, the founder of CASA, has passed away. We will celebrate his remarkable life and legacy by continuing to advocate for children and youth under court supervision. Our deepest condolences go out to his family and friends.
