@SketchUp How can I get help to find license (& serial number) just paid for SU PRO renew.

@SketchUp Paid for SU PRO 2024 -Cant find license and none of instructions work. This is for my design partner, who has used SU since 2006! Please help.

@MieleUSA There is no putting right the error in ordering a part.(1 month lost) No viable explanation why! On top of error of sending wrong part first time.(more time lost) - I have been a customer myself & advocate for my design clients for over 25 years.
