I say Good bye to the murky waters of Nigerian Politics. I no longer belong to any political party and will therefore not vie for any office. However I will continue to support ordinary Nigerians to the best of my ability.

For a democracy to have more consistent policy making and greater public engagement it must be driven by a clear and coherent ideology that promotes unity, inclusivity and respect for plurality of ideas and interests. The people must also have a sense of ownership of the system.

Abin takaici da al’umma ta kasa gane wawtan da ke chikin siyasas da linzaminta ba IKIDA ne ba. Matukar siyassanmu Kudi da abin duniya ne ya ke mata linzami to al’umma sai sun kara nitsiwa chikin Ukuba. Allah yasa mu gane.

Matasa Maza da mata sune ginshikin al’umma.Babu al’umma da zasu samu chi gaba, tsaro da zaman lafia sai sun fahinci wannan. Bisa dukkan alamu bamu fahinci haka ba a kasanmu.

Matukar mutunchin mu bashi ne jarinmu ba al’umma ta shiga uku Komin dukiya da albarkatun da Allah yayi mata. Allah yasa mu dace.

Education is a powerful tool that empowers individuals to navigate life, solve problems and innovate. Without knowledge individuals may feel lost or limited in their potential.This could lead to miss opportunities for growth and development. Let’s get every child back to school.

These conditions can lead to frustration making them susceptible to manipulation by self centered individuals. This is a challenge in virtually every state of the federation especially Northern States . Let us engage them and provide Skills Training Centers in all States.

During my recent visit to Kano and Daura I observed a significant youth population. While this holds great potential it also presents a serious challenge particularly when the youths are unemployed, underemployed, uneducated or lack skills.

I am deeply saddened by the passing away of President Muhammadu Buhari. I had the privilege of working with him during which I admired his unwavering patriotism and genuine commitment to the security and well-being of Nigerians. May Allah forgive his shortcomings.

Interests of our leaders must align with the interests of our people.Our people are more concerned with having schools for their children, having access to affordable health care facilities and good rural roads to enable them move their farm produce to the market.Let us hear them

Nigeria is immensely endowed with human and material resources and has the potential to achieve much more than we have achieved so far. Let us not just celebrate but also reflect on the leadership challenges facing our nation. Interests of our leade

As we commemorate this day let us reflect on those values that bind us together- freedom, unity and resilience. While we have made strides since 1999 it is impossible to ignore the numerous challenges that have held us back as a nation.

Sadly our oceans are under threat from pollution to overfishing, climate change, to habitat destruction. Today we must commit, both individually and collectively to protecting our oceans for future generations. Let us preserve this blue heart of our planet.

Today as we celebrate the World Ocean Day we must join the global community to reflect on the vital roles our oceans play in sustaining life on Earth. Our oceans regulate our climate, provide food and are home to countless species that make up our rich biodiversity .

We must all remain steadfast, in unity, courage and resilience despite the Socioeconomic challenges we are facing. At times like this it is essential to put the collective good above personal interests. I believe we shall overcome our difficulties and emerge stronger

I extend my warmest greetings and prayers to all my teaming supporters, political allies and indeed all Nigerians as we celebrate Eid al Adha. The occasion reminds us of the sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim. Eid Mubarak

Most of us in position of authority today are products of a once-functional educational system that thrived in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. But where is that structure today? What went wrong? We owe it to our children to rebuild what we once benefitted from and save future generation

Today we celebrate our children with a heavy heart knowing that about 20 million children are out of school in Nigeria. We must turn celebration in to action by rebuilding public institutions and recommit to Nigeria where no child is left out of school.The future is theirs.

Kofi Annan once observed that “Security and development are two sides of the same coin” What this means is that you cannot have security where there is underdevelopment. Work on development and the society will be relatively secured. Have good leaders and problem solved!!!!

Democracy without opposition is like a football match with only one team. Nigeria and indeed sub Saharan Africa must resist the temptation to join countries that operate Democracy without a credible opposition. Opposition brings different perspective and fresh ideas.
