We’ve posted the updated 2026 Political Reform Act. The Act is updated annually to reflect statutory changes enacted by the Legislature or by voters through the initiative process.

The 2025 Enforcement Heat Map offers the public real-time, case-level access to enforcement data, organized by county and searchable by violation type, fine amount, and case disposition. Each entry includes direct links to underlying stipulations, decisions, and orders.

The Fair Political Practices Commission has released its 2025 Enforcement Heat Map alongside its 2025 Annual Report, providing a detailed look at the Commission’s enforcement activity statewide.
