After 8 months, £150 extra charges on phone bill, numerous lies and failed promises, I have received my @Ryanair refund! I would like to take this opportunity, to thank absolutely nobody, the double champ does what the hell he wants! @Mattallwright @djdavies1990 @TheNotoriousMMA

@Ryanair @DannyBellringer Sorry for jumping on Danny! I’ve just been told another 28 working days for the refund after I’ve waited 56 working days for a CHQ and transfer, now I’ve got to wait until March for a transfer that won’t come 👌

@DannyBellringer Hey Danny, there may be a slight delay as we are processing thousands of requests each week. However, once your refund request was submitted successfully, you will receive it shortly.

@Mattallwright @Ryanair Hi Matt, any chance you can help? @Ryanair have confirmed today I have to wait another 28 working days for a refund that wasn’t sent again, it will total 74 working days for promised payments and 9 months since cancellation 😩 obviously withholding money from clients!

@Mattallwright @Ryanair Thank you Matt 😁 they didn’t send the cheque promised on 19th October 2020 and now they’ve promised a bank transfer on 2nd of December but given I’ve chased this since June, hopefully you’ve helped them get a move on 👌

No response from @Ryanair @RyanairPress since 20th Dec 2020 or even read my messages. Refund was confirmed via an exec as to be received by 8th Jan 2021, just spoken with another exec as it’s not been received, who now stated the 15th Jan to be received!! @Mattallwright
