Every two years, The Children’s Book Council of Australia appoints individuals with outstanding experience and knowledge within the children’s literary field. Judging panels are formed through application with merit-based processes applied.

Would you like to be the next CBCA national judge? The applications for the 2023 – 2025 Book of the Year Judge are now open.   We would love to encourage members to submit their applications to be considered for the next term 2023-25. We are looking for 15 new judges.
