Nobody has lived in Davis Inlet for 20 years. But it's still a place that holds deep meaning for Mary Ann Nui.

@a_brauweiler Saw this last night too! Assumed it was a sign of the end times, but continued to walk the dog anyway. Thanks for sharing the fallstreak science.

@nb_covid_info @JeanneCBC @HuntsmanMarine a seal's birthday party: part of the reason I fell in love with NB.
English

@JeanneCBC It made me so happy. It was around the time @CBCbird started there 😆 still brings me joy to remember. I hope I can get to a seal birthday party at the @HuntsmanMarine aquarium soon 😆
English

Some levity 🥰 a story I like to tell about moving to Saint John was hearing on the official hourly CBC radio news update that a seal at the St. Andrew’s Aquarium had had a birthday party and families attended to celebrate. We can have those days again friends! 🥰

Today my heart has been a little heavy. I was very sad this morning to read an article about a dayhome provider who broke a serious rule, Ratio! As a regulated dayhome provider myself, one who takes great pride in being regulated by Family Childcare Connections

@TheCurrentCBC @AnthonyGermain @CBCbird @cybera @barbcarra Will you have a story up for this specific segment? Would love to share it.

We start today’s show with the not-so-simple act of connecting to the internet — at least for some of us living in rural Canada — and political promises to fix that.
