Concord Family, we LOVE worshipping with you! Coming together in fellowship is always something we are thankful for and as Christmas comes around, we are continually reminded of the blessing that worship is!

Our Savior, born to the Virgin Mary, was a gift that required nothing extra. In Jesus, we find complete salvation as He was sacrificed on the cross for our transgressions. As we approach Christmas this year, let's be reminded that Christ is the only gift we will ever truly need.

Everyone, our Handbell Concert presented by the Joyful Ringers has been postponed until further notice. We will update you on this event as soon as we can!

We see it. We sing it. But, do we truly grasp its significance? The Christmas season comes around every year, but it is no less important every time we celebrate the great gift that Jesus is. As Dr. Cox mentioned, "A gift only becomes a gift when we elect to receive it."

Last night was awesome! We gathered together in worship and fellowship to celebrate the birth of our risen Savior Jesus. This is a reminder that if you missed out, it will begin tonight at 7:00 PM! Also, for those who are unable to come, we will be live streaming the event!

Don't forget that we will be having Jingle Jam THIS SUNDAY at 5:30 PM! This event will have games, activities and a lot of fun as we get together for this family event. Also, if you had some PJ's picked out for Pj's with the Pastor, go ahead and wear them!

As we prepare for the holiday season, this is a reminder for all of us to embrace each other. Gather, unplug and be in the presence of one another as you share stories and laugh together. And for those who may be struggling, remember the love that God has for you!

Overcoming the Wounds of Life has been a blessing to all of us and this week we talked about humiliation and how it can be used to help us grow as believers even in times when we feel discouraged. If you missed it, be sure to go back and watch the replay on Facebook or YouTube!
