Folks ask me why I used @chia_project to digitally notarize my Lunar project (and chose to send my digitally twinned Chia Miner, ‘Quigley’ Offworld) … there are many reasons but, the biggest and most overt is that its community is filled with ordinary folks pushing technology to DO extraordinary things- constantly building, testing, iterating, collaborating, and innovating. I believe, as a digital medium/currency/technology, Chia is uniquely suited for Offworld economies. I could be wrong but, until something better is invented and adopted, it worked really well for the usecase I was trying to establish… and I had SO much fun learning alongside @monkeyzoo, @bramcohen, @hoffmang and @DracattusDev (and countless others during late night XSpaces & in the backchannels) to figure out what a digital ‘chain of custody’ on @MintGarden_io for space assets could (and should) look like…. Steve, the gentleman below in this post… is a wonderful human. His weekly ‘run-downs’ keeps the community informed & daresay… inspired by all the happenings.
