@Lydiardsboys I'm using all them excuses at the moment.

You can make excuses...haven't got enough time, getting too old, not interested amymore, doing other things. But as Lydiard said, it's very hard to give up the great conditioning that is achieved in running. Don't give in. You will want it back.

@slats214 @kirstyhall01 Lets see how people get on when there’s no police left, If you treat the police as criminals for doing there job. I truly do not believe they would arrest people for nothing. People want more police recruited but then treat them like this. Why would any one apply. Thank less job.

I think the police at Clapham Common have come under unfair scrutiny and right to defend their actions - there’s a time and a place to protest and during a pandemic is not one of them. There are many ways to support the cause without the need to gather in large groups.
