The CBI team at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing NATCON Conference!

You'll review the spirit and core skills of MI (including OARS), examine communication styles, and learn how to tailor your approach across all stages of change, from precontemplation through relapse.

Led by Lisa Barras, LPC and Licensed Independent Addictions Counselor, this 1.5-hour NBCC-approved course explores how Motivational Interviewing aligns with the Transtheoretical Model to enhance motivation and reduce resistance.
