LESC's Force Modernization Branch recently conducted testing on a 40mm less-lethal multi launcher. The Branch ensures @CBP operational components have access to advanced use of force equipment and supplies that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and effectiveness.

LESC's Less-Lethal Training Branch is instructing counter assault tactics and ground defense techniques to Less-Lethal Instructor Training Program (LLITP) class 2603. These @CBP officers and agents will need to instruct these important skills at their CBP duty locations.

LESC's Pre-Deployment Training Branch recently instructed Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) training to @CBP personnel attending Pre-Deployment Threat Awareness and Survival Concepts (PD TASC) class 2606. This course prepares CBP personnel for living and working overseas.

LESC's Less-Lethal Training Branch instructed LLITP 2603, bringing together @CBP Officers, #BorderPatrol Agents, and @CBPAMO Agents. These Less-Lethal Instructors focused on counter-assault tactics & arrest & control techniques that enhance safety & readiness across our borders.

LESC's Firearms Instructor Training Program (FITP) class 2603 recently met with @CBP's Office of Chief Counsel to discuss CBP's Use of Force Policy & Constitutional Law. They'll need to teach this important and vital information to other officers & agents after graduating FITP.

LESC's Less-Lethal Training Branch recently began instructing Less-Lethal Instructor Training Program (LLITP) class 2603. One of the first training topics these @CBP officers and agents will learn to teach as a CBP Less-Lethal Instructor is proper arrest and control techniques.
