Football lifting will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday this week at 4 pm in the TJHS Weightroom.

No weights tomorrow (1/14) due to snow day.

Lifting this week on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 4:00 pm.

Football Lifting from 9:00-10:15 tomorrow and Thursday this week. Same time next week on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

PLAYERS: Lifting will take place this week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Coach Curry at 10 am. We encourage all players to lift, especially those not participating in a winter sport.

No after school workouts tomorrow, December 15th.

Football off-season workouts will start tomorrow & run MWF from 4-5 in the TJHS weightroom for players not participating in a winter sport.

Football Meeting Monday, Dec 6 @3:30 in TJAC. Off-season workouts will be discussed. Would like outgoing seniors to attend too.

Football Photos can be picked up at 3441 7th Ave. if you want them now. They will be delivered to TJHS on Dec. 8 for main office pick-up.
