@CBTransport The other factor is connectivity. Many journeys involve more than one mode of transport. But when bus routes don't stop at rail stations, or you have multiple bus stations (in Ipswich we have 2 bus stations, a rail station, a coach stop, all apart from each other) travel is hard.
