If the standard of new bus stops is represented by the two the have just been erected on Station Rd. Wallsend, outside the Forum are an example then we are to look forward to some long cold waiting to come!

We've welcomed plans announced today to simplify compensation claims for rail passengers. Under Great British Railways, passengers will be able to claim Delay Repay directly from wherever they buy their ticket, including third-party retailers like @TheTrainline.
