@lshipp1964 @CBanksStyle This is a terrible company to deal with since C&B was sold to Imedia. I have $500 worth of gift cards, placed a huge order and they would not accept my gift cards. Deleted my order and the company. Will never purchase from this company again. They just lost a big customer!!!!

@CBanksStyle I returned an 2 items per your customer service and told you I needed a different size. Was instructed to use "free shipping label" provided to return. ShopHQ decided to charge me return postage without my consent because of the sizing issue. This is theft.
