I get the idea that you don’t want Clarke blocking shots on the PK, but fact is he does block shots and is good at it. How good? 2nd in the NHL in 5v5 blocks and 12th in the NHL in all situations. Put him on the PK, which is as much an IQ situation as it is a compete situation.

Who would kill penalties as 2nd RD? Spence doesn't kill penalties. Do you want Clarke blocking shots on PK? Fair criticism is getting better RD defender than Ceci, not letting Spence go.

My take (which has been since day one):
You don't ship out an RD3 (Spence) on a 1.5 cap hit and sign a worse player (Ceci) for 3x the salary because he kills penalties but is horrible.
