Alpha Capital Denied me 3 payouts (total of $10,104). They claim I closed my positions during news events (EUR news events) while I traded XAUUSD but that's not even the point. *While they admit via emails and their website support that they never updated their Discord/FAQ regarding this new rule,* that you are not allowed to trade XAUUSD during EUR news too not just USD news (screenshots in the comments where the FAQ says EUR news effect forex only, not commodities and metals) they still denied my payouts and ignore completely the fact that they are wrong and this NEW rule is not mentioned anywhere. They just added a new rule without announcing it or mentioning it, not in their FAQ, Not on X and not in their Discord. To be honest, I'm not even mad I'm just super disappointed, ACG was at the top of my list for a very long time, only spoke good about them and recommended them to hundreds of traders the past few months. I wouldn't even bother to contact them back if I was wrong and if I really broke any of the rules in their FAQ. This payouts denial makes them no different to me than any other prop firm that we have seen in the past a specially when they refuse to correct their mistakes. There is no shame in being wrong, only in failing to correct our mistakes and ACG clearly don't want to correct their mistake here. They admit this NEW rule is not introduced in any of their platforms as you can see in the screenshots and actions taken only from when their FAQ is updated so why my payouts got denied? What is next then?! If this the case, prop firms can deny any payout they want because they can claim they applied a new rule while it is not showing anywhere. Let me know what you guys think, I'm really curious what the community thinks about it.
