One week from today is the annual Shamrock Shuffle. ALL lacrosse players should at least walk the course. Anyone is welcome to kick in $5 for Make A Wish Foundation collections.
Pivot alert: Thursday, 9/11. Students have elected to run the stairs at the stadium. 3:15 to roughly 4pm. The regular format will return for next Tuesday (3:30-5)
Strength and conditioning Update: Starting after Labor Day Tuesday and Thursday 3:30-4:30 for Varsity and 4:00-5:00 for JV. This hour long session will be split with 30 minutes each of speed work and strength training. Provided by Ethos training.
Starting Tuesday and running each Tues/Thurs:
3:30 Varsity level-speed, lift. 4:00 JV levels-speed, lift.

The 3rd CC Coach was Kevin Rice (not Mark Gagnon). Kevin was an asst for 1 year, then became HC for 1 year before moving out of state. He is #19 here. MSU captain '87. He is wrapping up a 35 year + career in corporate security. Eldest of 4 CC Alums.
The 3rd coach in lacrosse history was Mark Gagnon who coached a total of 50 seasons at Catholic Central, golf, lacrosse, basketball and football. Inducted into the CHSL Hall of Fame for his dedication to student athletics, and the Archdiocese Teacher of the Year 2014.
