Can you believe that I’ve been part of the ACRT (CCOT) for 2 years?? Obviously the loss of hair was not caused by the stress 👀

Proud of my job/role. Teams of CCOT ANP’s provide evidenced based safe care when in structured roles working in scope. We work alongside MDT’s we provide support to junior staff. Don’t believe me just ask in the internet the evidence is out there. Time to shift this toxicity.

@OGdukeneurosurg That nearly everyone survives. That’s not the reality of resuscitation. Gives false hope to patients and families not aware of that resuscitation is brutal, and only works for the few - not the many.

Only 2.5 more shifts then 2 weeks off 😍
