Reminder: CCPS Spring Break is from 3-30-26 to 4-6-26. There is no school for all students. All students return to school after the holiday on 4-7-26.

There is no school today (3-27-26) for all PK-12 students for a teacher workday.

Reminder: Tomorrow (3-27-26) is a teacher workday with no school for all students.

Reminder: Thursday (3-26-26) marks the end of the Quarter 3 Grading Period. Report cards will be electronically distributed on 4-10-25.

Due to the timing and unpredictability of the potential storm and out of abundance of caution, CCPS are closed today, 3-16-26. After school and evening activities are cancelled including the school board meeting.  Offices are closed and 12 month employees are to work from home.

- Student Drivers: Student drivers should use extra caution or consider alternative transportation. Wet roads, strong winds, and reduced visibility can make driving conditions more hazardous, particularly for inexperienced drivers.

- Walking Routes: Students who walk home should plan ahead by identifying the safest route and knowing nearby places where they could seek shelter if weather conditions worsen.

Clarke County Public Schools will open on time Monday, March 16, 2026. We are closely monitoring the weather forecast which currently calls for the potential of severe thunderstorms, high winds, and the possibility of tornadoes. We will provide updates on Monday if necessary.

Important March 2026 Dates: - 3/16/26: CCPS School Board Meeting - 3/26/26: End of 3rd Quarter Grading Period - 3/27/26: Teacher Workday (no school for students) - CCPS Spring Break (3-30 to 4-3-26)

Bus Safety: When the stop sign is out and lights flashing, all directions must stop (unless the bus is on the other side of a median or opposite side of a 4-lane highway). Our children's safety depends on all of us. Let's work together to protect them all.
