Center for Christian Virtue is honoring the life of our founder, Pastor Jerry Kirk, who passed into eternal glory on March 9 at the age of 94. In 1983, Pastor Kirk founded what is now Center for Christian Virtue after gathering pastors to stand against the growing pornography industry in Cincinnati. Through his leadership and vision, the city eventually became the only major city in America without pornography shops. “The love of Jesus Christ overflowed from Pastor Jerry Kirk. A joyful warrior, Pastor Kirk inspired countless pastors and parents across Cincinnati to boldly stand for the safety of their communities and kids,” said Aaron Baer, President of Center for Christian Virtue. “While we mourn the loss of a giant in our movement and the founder of our mission, we celebrate that Pastor Kirk is hearing those sweet words from our heavenly Father, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.’" Read more about Pastor Jerry Kirk’s life and legacy: ccv.org/news Pastor Kirk’s memorial service will be livestreamed on Saturday, March 21, at 3:00 pm.
