Today in the library at Horizon Elementary School, Ms. Jordan's 4th grade class took a letter based personality quiz to understand their preferences of book genres. Based on various questions, the students were given a book genre to explore and expand their reading catalogue.

My favorite thing is being in classrooms. Today, I saw AMAZING things in @SmithvilleSD 7th grade ELA. Their teacher is working hard to keep kids engaged. As always, it was a great day to be a Warrior! 💚

🚨MAP TEST ALERT🚨 Students are identifying test taking vocabulary that are unknown to them. They are looking through a list compiled from previous benchmarks and MAP released questions. The words that are big in the word cloud, more students are unfamiliar with that word.
