Should we use this as the blueprint for designing evidence based impactful models of mentoring? We should be strategic in how we implemented mentoring models with measurable performance metrics reported at the organizational level. What about performance based incentives to support leaders who mentor and sponsor leaders successfully. This is a key part of succession planning to grow leaders within the organization. There is a financial incentive to support this.
