The James Maddison hate is truly bizarre. Football fans complain that the majority of footballers are like robots and out of touch with reality but then you’ve got someone like Maddison who’s very down to earth, very honest and open and does a lot for people who gets abuse.

🚨🚨| NEW: Tottenham are investigating whether the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s retractable pitch is contributing to their injury crisis after suffering the most days lost to injury of any Premier League club this season (370 games missed). @AlasdairGold Could we get a similar scenario to what happened at Villa? Emery arrived and got his own guy for the sporting director role, and Lange was given a new role without actually calling it a demotion.
