The Corps has announced updates to the PFT and body composition standards effective 1 Jan 2026. Combat arms Marines will move to sex-neutral PFT scoring with a 210-point minimum. Body composition assessments will also be updated. #USMC #PFT #FitnessStandards @USMC @marforres
