One of our small changes is the creation of these labels to clearly indicate the correct patient details have been checked and updated 💚

Over the last few months, we've been busy focusing on a QI project to improve how our triage area works for both patients and staff. From tomorrow, we begin a four week trial to implement our changes. Here's a preview of our information booklet staff have recieved in prep🙌

It's been 3 weeks since we launched our new coloured zones. We have managed to keep track of EVERY device and all 8 chargers! As part of a survey we are running, we asked staff how they rate it. Amazing result with 46 responses and a 4.85 rating overall! Amazing results 🙌👏

Our friends over on @SDECGGH1 have joined our colour coded zones! They went for purple (with a hint of teal) and we used left over fundraising money to purchase them. The whole of @cdu_gh is now colour coded! 💜💙💚💛❤️

Another small project ✅️ - getting blinds fitted for our triage area. Sunny days were difficult to work as we seemed to trap the afternoon sun. Huge difference already! @cdu_gh Accomplished at the speed of light thanks to the amazing SDM leadership conference 🙌
