@LauraForczyk We would have to assess what STEM degrees are needed and yes, there will be some commitment to work in the STEM field upon graduation, just as there is a military commitment after participating in ROTC. We still need to work through the details!

Colonel Eric Felt & @CDeRaad discuss the idea of a STEM ROTC which would provide free undergrad tuition for STEM students. I have questions... There are MANY STEM majors. Who & how many would benefit? It is connected to military employment? Why promote STEM over other majors?
