@CZamboglou @alison_tree @SprakerMDPhD @jryckman3 Fully agree, with what we know so far, an adequate GTV detection/delination and achieving the best possible minimum coverage of that GTV seem to be the two most crucial factors to get the best outcomes with focal boosting.

@CDraulans @alison_tree @SprakerMDPhD @jryckman3 Very interesting results! Regarding your data, would you consider max, min or mean/med dose to GTV as more important? Surely, there must be a strong correlation… Maybe all focal boosting just teaches us to avoid under dosage to GTV?

@alison_tree @SprakerMDPhD @jryckman3 Indeed, Karolina Guricova showed that in the FLAME cohort the coldest spot to the GTV determines outcome when comparing near minimum dose D98% vs. median dose D50%. thegreenjournal.com/article/S0167-…
