On Day 2 we discussed the Next-Generation Tools (nextgen-tools.iedb.org); today @danielmarrama walked through the cancer-specific tools and how to design a cancer analysis pipeline. These tools are denoted by the @CEDAR_epitopes logo to show their cancer application #iedbuw2025

Dr. @ZeynepK_Y next presented how to access the CEDAR data through database queries and exports (cedar.iedb.org), using real case studies. If you haven't already, we recommend testing out the database and building your own query! @CEDAR_epitopes #iedbuw2025

The third and final day of the 2025 IEDB User Workshop has kicked off! Today we discuss specialized resources, the first being @CEDAR_epitopes! @SetteLab provided a brief overview, followed by Dr. Matthew Busse, Senior Curator, who discussed the CEDAR curation process #iedbuw2025
