Earlier this year we offered assistive technology training for teachers to support children with SEND learning remotely. We will work with @nasen_org & @microlinkpc to pilot more extensive training from January to make the curriculum more accessible and inclusive for every pupil.

Great to speak at the @contactfamilies and @NNPCF conference today. I want to thank parent carer forums for going above and beyond and working with schools and councils to make sure all children and young people have the support they need. tinyurl.com/2p9x7dm2

It's hard to ask for help and admit you need it but it definitely feels like the right thing to do. I'll be back soon - I won't be "better" or "recovered" but hopefully more able to deal with everyday life. Don't forget to take care of yourselves everyone 💜❤️💚

So, I'm going to be taking time off work, and Twitter, to get some help & support with my mental health. The last year, and to be honest, the last few years, have taken their toll and I'm taking some much needed time.

I can't believe I'm typing this but last week my wonderful Dad died suddenly & unexpectedly. He was a great man. Generous, strong and so bloody stubborn (like any good Yorkshireman!) He taught me the power of kindness 🙏 His death has left a huge hole in our lives & hearts 💔

@DeputyPeake Saddened to hear your experience, it’s a brave and important stance you are taking in tweeting about IVF. One of the prevailing myths is that having a baby is an active choice. We need to talk about conception, birth and the challenges. Do more about it.

Our IVF journey has come to an end for now. Baby has stopped growing and no heartbeat at our scan today. Sat down and given three options. Booked in for a medically induced miscarriage next week. Sorry if this is too much information 💔 ...
