Salesforce is a mega buy. When AI works for sales reps it will be mega. Customers will pay more. Existing distribution is what will matter. Salesforce will win this one.

@garrytan Imagine if you forgot to buy & left the item in your cart, like 70% of people do. The store’s only hope is that you remember to buy. The awful “Oops! You forgot something” emails are trash. Now imagine a friendly (AI) person from their team calls & closes the sale. (BRAIN AI)

Amazon has not fully embraced AI even in a basic way. How do I know? I bought a Halloween costume that required obscure 18650 batteries and a simple “did you forget?” prompt run after checkout would just unlock untold revenue and happier customers if I could have just bought the needed stuff at the right time.

I know I’m blessed today. I know I have work to do. And I know that it’s all going to be okay in the end. And if it’s not okay, it’s not the end.

Your goals don’t care about your excuses.
