#Control comes at the cost of undermining your employee. As you #delegate certain tasks to your #employees, notice if you're pulling back the reins and taking back the project. When you take back control, you’re damaging the employee relationship with this lack of trust.

Being #assertive doesn’t mean being a jerk, but rather flexing diplomacy and creating a win-win. A #leader with #executivepresence is not afraid to stand by their beliefs. #Assertiveleaders are open to other points of view but will defend their position when it is strongly felt.
