@bryan_reidy DL should remain a core skill for all anesthesiologists and intensivists. Complex technology like VLs fails and the only backup is the good old Mac blade. We should not surrender our skills for the sake of ''sexy' technology.

My major concern about the move away from DL is that there remains scenarios where access to VL is limited e.g. arrest trolleys on wards and pre-hospital which are arguably some of the scenarios where it would be of most benefit. #CAICongress22
