Personally, I don’t think players like Nicolas Jackson, Rafael Leão, and Bradley Barcola would survive at Chelsea for long.They all have quality, but they’re the type of players who need plenty of chances to score. At times, they can look lackadaisical or unbothered. Yes, they have the skill set to produce moments of magic, but this fanbase would be on their necks every week. I genuinely think the only reason some Chelsea fans love the idea of Barcola or Leão is the aesthetics. If they were actually playing for us and missing chances regularly, we’d be cooking them day and night.For context, Jackson scored 14 Premier League goals in his first season, while João Pedro scored 15 in his first top-flight season, yet look at the difference in how they’re discussed. All upgrade on Garnacho and Gittens tho .
