@LloydCanfield It’s all politics, price of players determines who gets opportunities not form or talent. Guiu is raw but no chances in almost 20 games is insane when we struggle to score.

Must say it’s interesting to me that Rosenior has moved to 5 at the back, and there is still no start for Acheampong. Not only that, but no Shim Mheuka in the squad at all despite Liam Delap not scoring in his last 20 games and Pedro Neto not scoring a league goal in 2026… #CFC

Would be 100x better than Rosenior, who Blueco want to keep. At least with Iraola we’d be well coached and organised. Obviously we need a top manager but never gonna happen with this ownership. So he’s best available and Prem proven. Funny how Chelsea fans don’t want him but he’ll get a top job anyway.

At the moment, this Chelsea squad isn't suitable in any way for Andoni Iraola, whose football is very similar to Pochettino's. Chelsea don't have a squad that thrives on high-intensity runs. Rather, we have a squad that loves to control and dominate possession and press in zones rather than man-to-man. Andoni Iraola would suit Leeds and Newcastle the most in the Premier League.
