In a small village in Kenya, there lived a widow named Amina. One season, drought came and took everything she had, her crops failed, her goats died, and even her small shop closed. People whispered that her life was finished, but every morning she still prayed, “Lord, You are able to restore.”
An old pastor in the village told her, “When God restores, He does not return little, He gives beyond what was lost.”
Months later, heavy rains came. A traveler passing through the village noticed Amina’s kindness and helped her restart her business. Her farm produced more harvest than ever before, her animals multiplied, and she began helping other widows in the community.
One evening, as children laughed outside her new home, Amina smiled and said:
“The Lord truly gave me back more than I lost.”
And the village remembered that sometimes God allows a season of loss, only to prepare a greater season of restoration.

I’m delighted to have received a crowd of our dedicated supporters in Kano today, who turned out in numbers for a solidarity walk to my residence.
I sincerely thank them for this wonderful show of support and urge them to put this impressive turnout to good use by registering to vote in the upcoming elections. - RMK

@A_Nagodiii_tm Teaching is tough for everyone right now. It's a challenging job
English

Good day, fellas.
Guys, pls, leave teaching jobs for ladies or married women if you can especially, in private schools. If you want to be a man, do so except you are a government school teacher. The pay won't take you anywhere. Surviving with teaching job now is now very, very hard especially in this current regime. I'm sorry if this thread hurt your feelings but it is the gospel truth. I feel for teachers🌝😮💨

@AbudukerimuS Option 1, education builds long-term skills and growth potential
English

At 18, your uncle gives you two life changing options.
Option 1: He pays for your university education.
After graduation, you get a job that pays $2,000 every month with room to grow.
Option 2: He gives you $1,000,000 today.
But you forget about university and decide what to do with the money yourself.
You want to build wealth early and raise a family someday.
Which option are you choosing and what is your reason?
