Well that was short and brief. The club needed someone with a B License (Working Towards) and i said i’d do it as a favour to help some very good lads. I don’t feel Flint Mountain got the best out of me as I wasn’t allowed access to the players, the committee group chats unless it was match days in person & then I couldn’t bring the type of hungry lads who will go through brick walls in to allow the lads who are very technically gifted to actually play. Had to fight for the club to introduce powerpoints on tactical analysis of the opposition sides as it was boring apparently. But each club has their own ways and I respect that. I wish Bran, Andy, Jay & Phil all the best and thank them for the opportunity to be around footy on Saturdays once again. Sorry if I scared the lads by being loud and passionate but i will never change me and my passion on trying to win games of footy. x
