@CFCdemiGod @Boatboy1500 @Nino12x @judiboybaby He was 8th in ballondor because of one game and the only other time he was good that season from was August to December where he got most his g/ a aswell and Maresca just arrived. I still liked Maresca but you can't say Palmer has been good or consistent since 2024

@realest_lakers @CFCPys @ajmaxwell5 No he didn't give the players freedom. He gave them verticality which most interpreted as freedom but quickly learnt as they continued in it.
Maresca was a lot of sideways passes so they misinterpreted what Rosenior did.
He was way too vertical and it became predictable

@LaFortuna001 @Blue_Footy It all Depends on the Philosophy. Positional Play does not Really need to Focus on what type of Players u use, instead it Tends to Create a Numerical Advantage Across the Pitch.
Using an Inverted FB or CB is Cause of OOP not IP. As it tends to Help in Pressing Structures.

Alonso's tactical approach at Real Madrid revolved around flexible formations like 3-4-2-1, 4-3-3, and 4-2-3-1. He's very flexible.
Besides didn't Maresca use a dynamic 4-2-3-1 that is basically a 3-2-4-1 in possession?
Formation on paper is nothing. The dynamic positioning of the players is what matters.

Xabi Plays with a 3 2 5 with the Ball Just as Most Coaches do. Whether that being with Wingbacks, or Wingers.
It's all about Creating the Spaces and Being in Position.

You also missed that he had issues at the center and didn’t see some questions, which could have affected his result.

FAKE RESULT IN CIRCULATION AS HIGHEST UTME SCORE
A purported result slip currently being circulated, claiming that a candidate scored 396 in the 2026 UTME, is entirely fake. It is surprising that such a fabrication is being shared by otherwise well-informed Nigerians.
Firstly, the Board has clearly stated that UTME results are view-only. The circulated document appears on a fabricated result template, which on its own is sufficient indication that it is not authentic.
Secondly, the Board’s registration numbers are system-generated and do not follow the pattern “20269” as seen on the fake slip. There are several other inconsistencies that, even at a glance, expose the result as fraudulent.
The public is strongly advised to disregard this fake result and rely only on official channels for accurate information. All results at the moment are view only

To check their results, candidates should send UTMERESULT via SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the same phone number (SIM) used during registration. At this stage, candidates may view their results only; printing is not yet available. Candidates are strongly cautioned against manipulating the SMS received from the official platform (55019/66019) to fabricate or alter scores with the intent to mislead others, including parents. Such actions constitute a serious criminal offence. The Board treats such misconduct with the utmost gravity. Currently, two candidates and one parent are in custody for engaging in result falsification using AI and other electronic means.
