The Barker Transportation Center recently recognized two retirees, Ms. Deborah Delapaz, with 22 years of service, and Mr. Walter Bily, with 11 years of service. Thank you both for all you have done for our students, and congratulations on your retirements!

Ashley Leal presented the second challenge coin she received from Dr. Smith to Arnold AP, Ms. Laura Rankin. Ms. Rankin is a huge support system for transportation with student management and is a visible presence in the Arnold loading zone daily. Congratulations, Ms. Rankin!

Congratulations to Ms. Ashley Leal, Falcon supervisor, for receiving a Superintendent's Challenge Coin from our director, Dr. Kayne Smith. Ms. Leal, who is a new supervisor, has hit the ground running establishing professional relationships with her employees and campuses.

Congratulations to Ms. Debbie Shifflet, who was recently recognized as our GCAPT chapter Operations Supervisor of the Year award! Great job, Debbie!

We recently celebrated the upcoming retirement of Eldridge Operations Supervisor, Ms. Celeste Smith. Celeste, thank you for all you have done for our department and community over the last 26 years!
